Goods will be delivered on business days. No deliveries will be made on weekends or public holidays.
We deliver via Australia Post with an authority to leave. If no one is available to sign upon delivery at your nominated delivery address (private or work) the parcel will be left in a secure spot on the premises, or a card will be left notifying you of alternative pick up arrangements at the nearest Post Office.
Goods may not be delivered next day due to circumstances (such as adverse weather, strikes etc) beyond the control of JayJays or Australia Post.

- Next Business Day delivery is available to customers located in Australian CBD, metro and major regional areas (excluding excluding WA, NT & Far North QLD). Please check the postcodes below to see if you live in a qualifying area. If you are located outside a Next Business Day area, choosing Express delivery will still result in a faster delivery than Standard delivery.
- For Next Business Day delivery you must place your order by 2pm (Australian Eastern Daylight Savings Time)on any business day. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be despatched on the next business day. If your order is placed after 2pm (Australian Eastern Daylight Savings Time) your order will be delivered on an Express delivery service.

- Our New Zealand customers should note that any such additional charges will depend on the value of your order, and will be on top of the price. Returns & Exchanges
Our Refund & Exchange Policy
In addition to your Statutory Rights, should you change your mind we will happily exchange or refund providing the following conditions have been met:
- The items with the original receipt are returned within 30 days of purchase.
- Items must be in original condition as purchased, with all labels/tickets attached. Garments must not have been worn.
How to get a Refund or make an Exchange
Purchases Made In Store
Purchases made in a Jay Jays retail store (including purchases in an Australian store for delivery to you) can be returned or exchanged in a Jay Jays retail store. You must present the receipt you received in the store at the time you purchased your items.
Purchases Made Online
You can return or exchange an item purchased online:
- In any Jay Jays retail store in Australia; or
- By posting it to our Online Store Returns/Exchange address: Jay Jays Online, 1 Roussos Place, Truganina, Victoria, Australia 3029
In either case, you must present the receipt you received in your parcel & indicate the reason for the return or exchange.
VARIATION TO REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY FOR ITEMS PURCHASED WITH AFTERPAY
An item purchased online using Afterpay as tender can be (i) refunded by posting it to our Online Store Returns/Exchange address or (ii) exchanged in store for product or a gift card. Gift cards will also be issued for any difference between the item exchanged and the amount originally paid. We are unable to issue refunds in store where Afterpay was used as tender online.
An item purchased in store using Afterpay as tender can be returned or exchanged in store.
All refunds and exchanges are subject to our refund and exchange policy having been met.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ONLINE ORDER?
Once your order has been despatched from our warehouse, we will send you a confirmation email that will contain a tracking number.
Simply visit the Australia Post tracking website, enter in your tracking number and you’ll be able to track the progress of your Jay Jays parcel.
You can also find your tracking number in your Jay Jays account. Simply log into your account and click MY ORDERS. This has all your Jay Jays order history stored for your reference.
